The third and final architect designed house in this small development at Daddiport, lying within  the conservation area of the village of Tregony.  Often called the Gateway to the Roseland, Tregony is ideally situated to explore the whole of the peninsula, which is recognized as an area of outstanding natural beauty.

The house is close to the local beach at Pendower.  St. Mawes with it's castle, beach and sailing harbour is only 11 miles distant.  Truro is seven miles away, St. Austell a little further.  Both of these have main line railway links to London.  Newquay airport is approx 20 miles with regular flights to Stanstead.

The house is completed and sold.

Externally the house is in traditional Cornish character but internally has a modern contemporary feel.  It has a large garden, bounded by a stream flowing under a stone bridge at the bottom.  The garden will be extensively landscaped with a Cornish hedge (drystone wall) providing the boundary to the south.  There will be ample planting of trees in addition to the line of willows along the stream.  The lawn will be seeded  and patio and paved pathways have been laid around the house.

The property has a driveway and single garage with additional parking to the side, where, with planning consent, another garage could be built.  There are also visitors' parking spaces for all three properties within the close.

The kitchen is fitted with high gloss white cabinets and granite worktops.  All appliances are integrated or built in Bosch, including a stainless steel electric Double Oven, Ceramic Hob, Dish washer and Fridge Freezer, all A rated efficiency.  All electrical items are brushed chrome and low voltage halogen lighting has been used in the kitchen, bathrooms and landing.

The property is heated by an oil fired condensing boiler which also provides mains pressure hot water.  This is supplemented by a wood burning stove in the lounge.

All the sanitary ware for the bathroom, en-suite and cloakroom is white with high quality chrome fittings.  This also includes the ladder towel rails and showers, which have glass screens/enclosures.

The floor finish in the dining hall and lounge is oak strip wood.  The porch, cloakroom, kitchen, utility room, bathroom and en-suite are all floor tiled.  The stairs, landing and bedrooms are all carpeted in neutral tones with high quality underlay.

The house comes with 10 year NHBC warranty and has met or exceeded the stringent requirements of the current Building Regulations enforced by the Local Authority Inspectors.  Very high levels of insulation have been used which will ensure an efficient and warm environment.  The house will also have passed the latest Air Tightness tests on completion.
